Question: Can this product be crushed or chewed, or does it need to be swallowed whole (e.g., if it is slow-release)? Thanks.

A: These are not labeled as slow release. Though tablets in general are recommended to be swallowed I have heard of some people crushing them and mixing them in juice or water. Please note that doing so could result in loss of potency.
