Reduce bloating associated with a bowel disease

This product works great and is well priced. I used to use a product that I bought locally that was a combination of valerian root, hops and skull cap to help reduce bloating. As it turns out using just the skull cap works just as well. I can't seem to find it locally so it's great to find it at a reasonable price online.
