The Cold Fracture Process unlocks all of the nutrients, protein, Omega3 oils, fiber and antioxidants by fracturing the seed hull barrier. Thus, unlocking the nutrition contained inside creatinghigher bio-availability as compared to the raw seed. By using the CRP none of the dense nutrition or any of the Omega 3 oil is lost.
