yo llevo 2 meses de tomar Primadophilus optima, me las envio el gastrointerologo ya que llevo mas de un ao con graves problemas estomacales, en mi caso a servido para ayudar a estabilizar mi sistema intestinal, para mi han sido excelentes y no he presentado ningun efecto secundario, aclaro que yo lo tomo como parte de un tratamiento enviado por un especialista y que consta de mas de 5 diferentes pastillas al dia.

I think that this is an excellent blend of herbs for menopause and peri-menopause, except for the fact that it contains licorice which is counter-indicated for persons with high blood pressure, which often plague people in the age group requiring this type of support. I am also concerned that there is no warning provided on the product information to caution those who have high blood pressure against its use. I decided not to use because of the licorice.
