If you have too much bread and or sugar and your tongue burns, a couple of these will make it go away in a few hours. I recommend it if you're going to eat lots of sweets, like the fair, or circus where there's cotton candy and other stuff. I take it when i have a cold and it soothes inflammation.

After taking swimming lessons at the YMCA my daughter developed planters warts. We had tried everything over several months and they were spreading. After reading many natural cure sights and doing as much research as I could, I used Solary's Capryl on my 5 year old daughters planters warts by gently trimming down the skin and then opening the capsule and putting the powder directly on the warts. Then we covered them with a band-aid and left it until bath time. After two applications like this they were gone!! I haven't seen them since. I don't know if all natural cures are good but this on was a blessing for her feet. I hope it helps someone else.
