Magnesium is the cause of your diarrhea
Suggest you start out at only 1 pill/day for a week and then increase it to 2 for a week...until your system gets used to it.
Magnesium is necessary however...especially for muscle health

I purchasedAlgaeCal Plus from a Canadian distributor. However, found that within 30 to 4O minutes would have diahrria (mispelled that word)
has anyone else experienced this side effect and I only took 2 of the pills. Perhaps I am allergic to this type of calcium Any suggestions
would be helpful.

Question: Shortly after taking one tablet, the knuckle on the right side of my thumb started to hurt. Within minutes, it was red and swollen. Shortly after taken the second tablet, the same thumb started to hurt on the left side of the knuckle and became red and swollen. After about an hour, the pain subsided but the swelling remained.I am afraid to take anymore.
