Creatine supplementation has been a nice way for me to increase lean muscle mass and add a little extra performance to my workouts. I perform endurance activities, especially long distance running, and have a slim, slender physique. In trying to add a little extra edge by bulking up slightly and adding muscle mass, I've had great results through Natural Sport's creatine to help me along the way. Always drink lots of water with the product, and make sure sure to take it consistently. I like to do half before a workout, and half afterwards. In addition, I also use their L-Glutamine product for digestion and to aid in muscle recovery as well.
