A: The dosage for Arthro Joint & Muscle depends on weight or what your physician recommends. If you are under 150 pounds the dosage is 1 soft gel 3 times per day. If you are 150-200 pounds the dosage is 2 soft gels 3 times per day, and over 200 pounds you will take 3 soft gels 3 times per day.
