Scientific studies show polysaccharides to be responsible for many of aloe's health benefits. Nature's Way Aloe Vera is enhanced with Aloe PolyMax, a proprietary aloe polysaccharide extract, making it the most potent and effective source of natural aloe polysaccharides. Our Aloe Vera also contains over 200 other naturally occurring nutrients such as enzymes, amino acids, sterols and more.
This product contains organically grown Aloe Vera that is harvested at the peak of nutrient potency and freshly cold-processed to yield 65% pure Aloe. No aloin, bitter constituents or additional water are present.
Nature's Way Aloe Vera is guaranteed fresh. We use a unique nitrogen process which eliminates oxidation and preserves our potency. Our Aloe Vera is independently certified by both the International Aloe Science Council (verification of aloe content and purity) and the International Aloe Certification Laboratories (verification of polysaccharide content).

Question: what is it used for
- A: Aloe vera can be used for many things. Historically, aloe was used topically to heal wounds and for various skin conditions, and orally as a laxative. Today, in addition to these uses, aloe is used as a folk or traditional remedy for a variety of conditions, including diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, and osteoarthritis. It is also used topically for osteoarthritis, burns, sunburns, and psoriasis. Aloe vera gel can be found in hundreds of skin products, including lotions and sunblocks. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved aloe vera as a natural food flavoring. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2763764/
Question: I need to know the phosphorus and the potassium contents of the aloe Vera juices
- A: Phosphorus and potassium are not added to the formula for the purpose of supplementation. Nature's Way labels follow requirements set forth by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Vitamins and minerals that are added for the purpose of supplementation must be listed on the label; however, if a nutrient is naturally occurring as part of an ingredient, it is not listed unless it is present at a level specified in the federal labeling guidelines. Therefore, while phosphorus and potassium may be naturally occurring, Nature's Way does not test for the amount in the product.
