Magnesium ascorbate is a buffered (non-acidic) form of vitamin C that helps support the immune system.Suggested Use:3 to 6 tablets daily in divided doses, between meals. A: The recommended dosage of the manufacturer is 3 to 6 tablets daily in divided dosages in between meals. If your son has a delicate stomach, he can take them with his meals. There is nothing noted on the product of this supplement only being for short term use however please make sure to thoroughly look over the label to verify.

Question: My son is allergic to cat dander. His housemate is keeping 2 cats and the cats are running all over the flat. So far, his housemate has no intention of confining the cats to the bedroom. On the other hand he can't shift out cos he has a 12 month lease on the flat. He has watery eyes, blocked nose and lots of phlegm. He thinks he may have some kidney problem but all tests done so far showed that there's nothing wrong. Based on the above, may I know what is your recommended dosage? and can it be taken on a long term basis? Thank you.
