This proprietary blend of Probiotic bacteria contains over 3 billion microorganisms per capsule at the time of manufacture.  These viable strains of microorganisms help  maintain healthy populations of intestinal flora, which in turn helps prevent infection, boosts immune function, and promotes good digestion. Acidophilus ProBiotic-5 may also help prevent a yeast infection (Candidiasis) from occurring after having been on antibiotics.

Question: the Doctor says i have IBS -Diarrhea ,after i eat straight to the bathroom ,i have been taking this product for a while ,is this good for me to take or should i do something else i take 1 each day about 1 hour before i eat supper
